Richmond Collinsworth is a Vice President for Bradford Companies and specializes in Office Project Leasing. Additionally, Richmond handles Brokerage and Tenant Representation requirements for his Clients. He also coordinates investment and disposition assignments for customers who choose to monetize their commercial real estate investments. Mr. Collinsworth has more than six (6) years of Real Estate experience. Prior to joining Bradford, Richmond served as Vice President and Top Producer for TIG. Richmond has been honored as a consistent Top Producer by TIG and has been awarded the DCEO Power Broker by D magazine. He has also been a Dallas Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter, an award for the top commercial real estate brokers in North Texas.Richmond grew up in the commercial real estate business in Midland, TX, where his father is a large owner of land and industrial properties. There he learned the fundamentals of the business from the ground up mowing, painting, and cleaning out buildings. While in school Richmond continued his real estate career with Dominion Land and Minerals as a Petroleum Landman negotiating Right of Ways and purchasing petroleum royalties and overrides. He then worked for Advantage Realty in Tuscaloosa, Alabama- a local developer and brokerage firm.
Richmond received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration majoring in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama. While at the University of Alabama Richmond was inducted into the Business Honors Program and held multiple leadership positions among the University of Alabama Student Body and received certification in Argus. In 2013 Richmond graduated from Southern Methodist University after receiving his MBA specializing in Real Estate.

He holds a Real Estate Salesman Licenses in both Alabama and Texas allowing him to represent users and owners of real estate in over 20 states with reciprocity.
